Minibus Hire

The Minibus is available for use by groups within Bishop’s Waltham and adjoining parishes.

 

As the Minibus Group is a charity, with a formal constitution, the following classes of organisations will have priority in any bookings:

 

• Charitable organisations

• Care homes

• Social groups (e.g. Lunch clubs, Gateway, etc)

• Church groups

• Youth groups

• Schools

• Local sports groups

The minibus cannot be hired by individuals for private events such as family outings.

A driver will be provided but, if the passengers are children or individuals with special needs, the hirer will be expected to provide escorts or carers as appropriate.

 

The hire charge is currently £2.00 per mile up to 50 miles, and then £1.00 per mile thereafter.
